What to expect from dueday, what is up to you, and how we keep things clear as the service grows.
01About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the dueday.ai website and Telegram personal assistant, operated by ENJOYN PTE LTD (UEN: 202636553M) in Singapore. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to ENJOYN PTE LTD. Please read these terms before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. If you use dueday for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it and to share the information you provide.
02What dueday does
dueday helps you organise tasks, deadlines and events through Telegram, with reminders, daily overviews and AI-assisted responses. Optional integrations, including Google Calendar, may be offered when available. Features, access approvals and limits may differ between testing and public versions.
Some features are experimental. We may change, limit or discontinue features to maintain the service, address security issues or develop the product. Website examples illustrate how the service works; they do not guarantee that every feature is available to every account.
03Eligibility and account access
You must be able to enter into these terms under applicable law and meet the eligibility and minimum-age requirements of Telegram and any connected service. If you need permission from a parent, guardian or organisation, obtain it before using dueday.
You are responsible for securing your accounts, checking the Google account you authorise, and reporting suspected misuse. Never send us passwords, authentication codes or private API credentials. Access to the bot may require approval or be subject to reasonable usage limits.
04Your plans and responsibilities
Check event titles, dates, years, timezones, durations, recurrence rules and selected calendars before relying on or confirming an action. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having permission to use other people's information or shared calendars.
AI may misunderstand instructions or give incorrect answers. Delivery can be delayed or interrupted by device settings, network problems, service outages or provider restrictions. Keep an independent record and backup reminder for important commitments.
“Never miss a due day” is our motto, not a guarantee. dueday is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not use it as your sole safeguard for critical deadlines or safety-related tasks.
05Connected calendars and permissions
If you enable a calendar integration, you authorise dueday to access the information and carry out the calendar actions needed for the features you request, within the permissions granted. Connecting an account does not make every calendar writable; read-only permissions still apply.
Check your destination calendar before creating or exporting events. Updating or deleting an imported event may change that event in its original Google calendar. Changes may be visible to other participants and may trigger guest notifications. Sync is not necessarily instantaneous, and recurring-event support or date coverage may be limited.
Bulk operations can partially succeed if a connection is interrupted. Review the result and retry guidance before submitting again. A preview is not a completed save. Existing local events are not automatically exported merely by connecting; a separate export action must be available and requested.
Disconnecting removes dueday's active local connection, not events already saved in Google. You may also revoke access in your Google Account settings. Google and Telegram may impose their own restrictions, terms and availability limits.
06Free service and future paid plans
dueday is currently free. Free access today does not guarantee that every feature will remain free indefinitely. We may introduce free trials and paid plans in the future.
Before you enrol in a paid plan or a trial that could convert to one, we will present the applicable price, billing frequency, trial duration, renewal terms, cancellation method and refund terms. You will not be charged merely because you used today's free service.
These terms do not enrol you in a subscription or authorise future automatic charges. Any payment arrangement requires a separate sign-up with the applicable disclosures and agreement.
07Acceptable use
Use dueday lawfully and respect other people. Do not:
- Access accounts, calendars or information without permission.
- Use the service for fraud, harassment, spam or unlawful content.
- Disrupt the service, distribute malware, or evade access controls and usage limits.
- Probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorisation, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
Report suspected security problems to [email protected] without accessing other users' data.
08Your content and our service
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give us the limited permission needed to process, store, transmit and display it to operate the features you request and provide support, subject to the Privacy Policy. This is not permission to sell your calendar data or use Google Workspace data to train general-purpose AI models.
The dueday name, brand assets and service materials belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
09Stopping use and suspension
You may stop using dueday at any time, disconnect supported integrations, and contact [email protected] to request deletion of your dueday account data. Stopping the Telegram chat alone does not necessarily erase records or revoke Google permissions.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Future paid plans will be subject to their disclosed cancellation and refund terms and applicable law.
10Availability and liability
We aim to provide a useful service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free AI responses, successful synchronisation or delivery of every reminder. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees beyond those expressly stated.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Other responsibility is determined under applicable law.
11Singapore law and disputes
These terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a concern. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without restricting any mandatory right you have to bring a claim elsewhere.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
12Updates and contact
We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page. For material changes, including the introduction of paid arrangements, we will provide appropriate notice and seek agreement where required. Changes will not retroactively authorise charges for previously free use.
